Starting over...

Starting over

so hard to do.

Especially when people

lie to and about you.

Starting over

from where I use to be.

A place of happiness and serenity.

But that was taken

and now is gone.

I did nothing to deserve this

I did nothing wrong.

But others did and have

Others did many horrible things

that made me terribly sad.

But now I am mad!

I lost my friends

and the life that used to be.

And if I tell the truth

will that set me free?

Starting over

it is so hard to do.

But I am determined

to make my dreams come true.
